Horrendous experience. Change in Service Managers probably has me thinking long and hard before returning for service and or considering a 2026 Yukon. Enjoy the experience with Tony. The new manager doesn’t say hi, not personable and only cares about his profit center bottom line.

Paula and Lori are a pleasure to work with but now I have been in 3 times and hundreds of dollars for the same issue with my truck and its still not fixed. Total waste of time!

Dealership needs a major overhaul of management, a routine oil change took 2 days, I was never called to tell me my car was ready and when I picked it up they failed to change my fuel filter which was at 10% when I dropped off. I'd love to give a better review because they are such nice people, but they really need to get their stuff together. I was told to come back in a few days and they would change the filter for me while I wait, but I don't have time with my schedule..... Details are important I wonder what else they forgot to do
