Dropped off my Sierra to Service Rep Laurie Dunn, she asked what I required and explained exactly what the Technician would be doing on my Pickup, very Professional and courteous. Always a worry free experience at Minchin!

Paula in the service department was an absolute Professional and showed concern when I needed to get my car back as soon as possible. I was informed of the process all the way and was completely satisfied with the end result. Vincent the Manager was also extremely helpful and followed up. A great place to purchase and have a car serviced, But could not be happier.

Charged for two items that were not completed. When I asked about it was and proved they were not completed was offered no explanation. I was told they would try and refund me but have yet to hear back a week later.
